Neurodiversity Resources for Employees and Line Managers

It’s estimated that around one in five people in the UK are neurodivergent and it can make the workplace a tricky place to navigate.

 With that in mind, Retail Trust created a suite of a content about neurodiversity and the workplace, with articles around disclosing your neurodivergence, content for managers to help them support neurodiverse team members and advice for us all to be more effective allies to our neurodivergent colleagues.
