•Notice of Change in Our Confidential Reporting Hotline
•Changeover in May from our current Safecall provided helpline service to the Mars helpline service
•Our confidential reporting line is changing to Mars Ethics and Compliance Helpline. This means there will be new phone numbers and website/webform.
•The features are similar – available 24/7; can contact via phone or web; you can choose to contact the Helpline anonymously.
•When you contact the Helpline, the information you provide is reviewed by our Ethics and Compliance office, who will then confidentially engage the appropriate resources within the business to evaluate, investigate and resolve the concerns.
•Remember that our employees are our best line of defense against misconduct. The Helpline is just one avenue to raise concerns. Line managers are typically the best place, but other options include the HR Business Partner team, any member of the HC management team and additionally, the Mars Ombudsman.
•Mars Ethics and Compliance is another channel available to employees, through the Helpline noted above, or directly at chiefcomplianceofficer@effem.com.
•We have a zero tolerance policy for any form of retaliation, punishment or retribution against anyone for raising or helping to address a concern in good faith.
