We use Acting Up Allowances for Secondment Roles.
The acting up allowance needs to be added to the Benefits Screen making sure it is the Monthly Value we are adding to Cascade, but add the Annual Salary you calculated this against in the comment section so HR or Payroll can check it has been done correctly.
The Job and Salary Screen will also need to be updated with the Acting Up Position, making sure the Contract Type is changed to Secondment and a Secondment End Date is added.
The salary in the Job and Salary Screen from Cascade should be kept as the previous salary because the difference has been added to the Benefits Screen in Cascade, as an Acting Up Allowance.
