ADP iHCM Self-Service and ADP Mobile App FAQ’s

1. I haven’t received my user ID or password

You should have received two separate emails from No-Reply@adp.com. Email subject lines as follows:

    o Your access to iHCM – Password and URL

    o Your access to iHCM – ID and URL

If you don’t have them, first check your junk/spam folder.

If you still don’t have them, please raise a case by submitting a ticket for payroll using the Employee Heldesk and choose the ‘type’ Payroll – ADP – Self Service.

2. I can’t login online to self-service

If you can’t login on your first attempt, please wait 24 hours before trying again. If after 24 hours you are still unable to login please let us know by submitting an Employee Helpdesk ticket to contact Payroll, and choose the ‘Type’ Payroll – ADP – Self Service.

3. How do I download the app?

The ADP mobile solutions app can be downloaded for Android devices via Google Pay or for iOS devices via the Apple App Store

4. My user ID and password won’t work in the mobile app

You will not be able to log directly in to the mobile app using your user ID and the temporary password from the email. You MUST login to self-service online and change your password first.

Once you have changed your password and successfully logged into to self-service online once, you will then be able to use the same User ID and password to login to the mobile app.

5. Will my P60s show in the app, or will I still have to login to self-service online to see them?

You will now be able to access your P60s via the app.

6. How many payslips will show in the app?

All historical payslips from your current employment with Hotel Chocolat will be available in the app. The main screen will display 26 payslips however a filter can be used to look at older payslips

7. Can I reset my password for self-service via the app or do I have to do online first?

Your initial temporary password must be changed online, the very first time you are issued with access. After that, you will be able to reset your password using the app. The app mirrors everything an employee can see and do on a desktop computer.
