Please see attached for the latest Expenses Policy - reviewed May 2026 with changes to the mileage rates effective 06.04.2026:
Cars and Vans (no car allowance): 55p per mile (change from 45p)
Cars and Vans (with car allowance): 25p per mile (change from 22p)
Motorbike: 24p per mile (no change)
These rates apply across all powertrains (petrol, diesel, LPG, hybrid and fully electric vehicles).
